Typhoon Labuyo Exit Philippine Area of Responsibility Today

Typhoon "Labuyo" recorded 3 person dead and 54 person still missing, mostly of them are fishermen. the typhoon Labuyo has an international name "Utor".

Mostly fishermen missing are recorded from town of Infanta and Bolinao. western part of Pangasinan.

According to weather station, Labuyo weakened its gust wind and rain after landfall in Casiguran town around 3 AM in Aurora Province, and slammed into Sierra Madre Mountains.

Labuyo Typhoon going to exit this Tuesday Morning, and leaving the Philippine Area of Responsibility today.
