Korina Sanchez 7 Tips to loss weight | How to Lost 15 pounds in a Month

One of the great broadcast journalist of ABS-CBN shared his secret on how she lost 15 pounds in a month, and she's secret will surely hit to all who want loss weight also.

Aside from her "Cohen Diet" she also said "the key to staying slim is not about deprivation, but about eating “the right kind of food” in moderation.

It is also listed 7 great tips to loss weight tips by Korina Sanchez and here are they :
  • While on Diet, don't exercise
  • Don’t eat rice, bread or any source of carbohydrates
  • As much as possible, don’t add salt to your food
  • Use your fist as a guide (use your fist as a measurement of your food)
  • Eat only after five hours
  • Don’t eat after 9 p.m.
  • Drink lots of water
