Destructive Typhoon "Labuyo" international name "Utor" was now threaten millions of people from Northern Vietnam and Southern China for its strong wind and rain.
After the remain marks here in the Philippines for its destruction especially in the North.
"Makikita parin ang mga nasira nitong ari-arian at ang bakas ng bagyong "Labuyo" sa mga sinalanta nitong pamilyang Pilipino, at pinangangambahan nanaman itong mananalasa sa ibang bansa."
